In the framework of the "Support Program for the energy sector reform in Morocco," the Delegation of the European Union has funded demonstration projects for energy efficiency in buildings, through the call for proposals No. 131062.
The objective of this contract is to assist the delegation and the ADEREE in the technical, administrative and financial control of projects funded by the European Union in the framework of the call for proposals No. 131062.
Assistance to Monitoring of Demonstration Projects
Provided Services
Description of Provided Services within the Assignment:
The services provided by AETS are the following:

Assistance of the Delegation and the ADEREE in the technical, administrative and financial support of a maximum nine (9) demonstration projects for energy efficiency in buildings ("projects")

Check and certify that all components of the projects are effectively implemented, including parts that are not directly subsidized by the EU contribution, but part of the project

Ensure that all procurement projects are within the rules of procurement in the EU

Check that the management and maintenance of buildings are well planned
-
Check that the energy performances of buildings correspond to performance under the grant contract
Consolidate and analyze the experiences of emerging projects and provide the results to policy makers.
